What we stand for

PWN Lisbon’s mentoring program pairs together mentees, PWN members, with mentors that are references in their areas. The program is designed for three different segments of seniority, from board ready women to those taking their first steps in their professional career.

The mentees work with their mentor to set and achieve goals during 8-12 monthly sessions.
They have the support of a team that accompanies the pair as needed and organizes get-togethers aimed at networking and sharing.

The program has grown significantly given its result orientation and mentors report that learning is mutual.

Applications are CLOSED for the 2021 program.

We will reopen for the 2022 program in Oct/Nov 2021.

Women from different activity sectors and career levels can benefit from PWN Mentoring Program.

Typically, mentees on boarding the program have a professional experience of +5 years. Additionally, in 2021 we will do a PILOT with younger mentees (and mentors who were our mentees in previous programs!), broadening the profile of mentees and mentors.

For the pilot we are looking for:

  • Mentees with professional experience between 1 and 3 years and a strong desire to work on their future plans,
  • Mentors that were our mentees in previous programs to team up with these mentees, who have recently entered the work place.
