Thank you for taking your time to answer this mentee application form for the PWN Lisbon Mentoring Program.

This form is an important tool to evaluate your fit with the PWN Lisbon mentoring program and, if you are selected for the program, will be essential to match you with your mentor.

It will probably take more than 30 minutes to fill in or longer if you take time to reflect on the questions.

This is the first step in the process of change which we envision for mentees doing the program!

PWN Lisbon Mentoring Program volunteers 

IMPORTANT:

1) If you close the browser window before submitting your application all information will be lost. We are sorry about this but unfortunately the platform does not offer this advanced feature. We recommend you save the longer questions somewhere else.

2) Also due to platform constraints:

     a) we need to make all questions mandatory, please feel free to answer NA whenever necessary.

     b) DO NOT use semi colons ";" in your answers.

3) Feel free to answer all text questions in Portuguese or English

4) After you submit the application form you will receive a confirmation email.

5) We update candidates after the end of each stage, see presentation for indication of indicative timings.
